- 2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- ¼ cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp butter, cut into small pieces
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Prep the Steak: Trim excess fat and cut sirloin into 1-inch cubes.
- Optional Sear: Heat a skillet with oil, sear steak cubes 2 minutes per side for extra flavor.
- Add to Crockpot: Place steak cubes in the crockpot. Pour in soy sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onion powder, paprika, and pepper. Toss gently to coat.
- Add Butter: Dot butter pieces on top of the steak mixture.

Low setting: 6 to 8 hours

High setting: 3 to 4 hours
Cook until steak is tender and easily breaks apart with a fork.

- Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle chopped parsley on top and serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.
Notes
- For thicker sauce, stir in 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp cold water during the last 30 minutes.
- Add mushrooms or bell peppers for more texture and flavor.
- Store leftovers in airtight containers; refrigerate up to 3 days or freeze up to 3 months.
