Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the Chicken: If not using pre-cooked chicken, cook chicken breasts by baking or poaching until fully cooked, then shred the chicken into small pieces.
- Make the Creamy Sauce: In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and well-combined.
- Mix the Casserole: Add the shredded chicken to the creamy mixture, followed by the shredded cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses. Stir until all ingredients are well incorporated. If using broccoli, mix it in now.
- Assemble the Casserole: Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Spread it evenly and press down gently to compact the casserole.
- Top the Casserole (Optional): Sprinkle crushed crackers or breadcrumbs over the top for added texture and crunch.
- Bake: Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
- Serve: Let the casserole cool for 5 minutes before serving.

- For a dairy-free version, substitute cream cheese and sour cream with non-dairy alternatives like cashew cream or coconut milk-based sour cream.
