- ½ cup (120g) unsalted butter, softened
- ½ cup (130g) creamy peanut butter
- ¼ cup (50g) granulated sugar
- ½ cup (100g) packed light brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 ½ cups (180g) all-purpose flour

- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup (170g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup (90g) Reese’s miniatures, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Cream the butter and peanut butter: In a large bowl, beat together the softened butter and creamy peanut butter until smooth and fluffy.
- Add the sugars: Mix in the granulated sugar and light brown sugar, then beat until fully combined and smooth.
- Incorporate the egg: Add the egg and continue mixing until it’s fully incorporated into the dough.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate and Reese’s miniatures: Gently fold in the chocolate chips and chopped Reese’s miniatures.
- Scoop and form dough balls: Use a small cookie scoop to form dough balls and place them evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet. Slightly flatten each ball with the back of a spoon.
- Bake: Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown, and the cookies have set in the center.
- Cool: Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

- Storage: Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4–5 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
- Freezing Dough: Freeze the dough balls before baking for 30 minutes to prevent spreading during baking.
