  • 1 ½ cups (180g) all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup (170g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup (90g) Reese’s miniatures, chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • Cream the butter and peanut butter: In a large bowl, beat together the softened butter and creamy peanut butter until smooth and fluffy.
  • Add the sugars: Mix in the granulated sugar and light brown sugar, then beat until fully combined and smooth.
  • Incorporate the egg: Add the egg and continue mixing until it’s fully incorporated into the dough.
  • Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate and Reese’s miniatures: Gently fold in the chocolate chips and chopped Reese’s miniatures.
  • Scoop and form dough balls: Use a small cookie scoop to form dough balls and place them evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet. Slightly flatten each ball with the back of a spoon.
  • Bake: Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown, and the cookies have set in the center.
  • Cool: Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
