Strawberry Cheesecake Nachos

A fun and delicious twist on classic cheesecake — these dessert nachos are made with crispy cinnamon-sugar tortilla chips, sweet whipped cheesecake topping, and juicy strawberries.

  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 6 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale

For the Cinnamon-Sugar Tortilla Chips:

  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

For the Cheesecake Cream:

  • 8 oz (1 block) cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream

Topping:

  • 1½ cups fresh strawberries, diced
  • Optional: mint leaves, strawberry jam drizzle, mini chocolate chips, chopped nuts

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) or preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).

Make cinnamon-sugar chips:

  • Mix sugar and cinnamon together.
  • Brush both sides of tortillas with melted butter.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  • Cut each tortilla into 6 wedges.
  • Bake on a parchment-lined sheet for 8–10 minutes (or air fry in batches for 4–5 minutes) until golden and crisp. Let cool.

Prepare cheesecake topping:

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to soft peaks.
  • Gently fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture until fluffy.

Assemble nachos:

  • Arrange chips on a large platter or serving tray.
  • Spoon or pipe dollops of cheesecake topping over chips.
  • Scatter diced strawberries on top.
  • Garnish with mint, chocolate chips, or jam drizzle.

Serve immediately for best texture.

Notes

  • Make chips in advance and store in an airtight container.
  • Cheesecake mixture can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
  • Use ripe, sweet strawberries for best results.
  • Don’t assemble until just before serving to prevent sogginess.
