Instructions

  • Cook Pasta
    Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve 1/4 cup pasta water.
  • Sauté Garlic & Tomatoes
    In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Toss in cherry tomatoes and cook for 3–5 minutes until blistered.
  • Add Langostino
    Stir in thawed langostino tails. Cook for 2 minutes until just heated through.
  • Simmer the Sauce
    Pour in the lobster bisque. Add red pepper flakes. Simmer for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Combine Pasta & Sauce
    Add cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss well. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of the reserved pasta water.
  • Finish & Serve
    Stir in lemon zest and Parmesan cheese. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
