Ingredients

- 8 oz dry fusilli pasta (or your favorite pasta)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 8 oz Trader Joe’s frozen langostino tails, thawed
- 16 oz Trader Joe’s lobster bisque
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook Pasta
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve 1/4 cup pasta water. - Sauté Garlic & Tomatoes
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Toss in cherry tomatoes and cook for 3–5 minutes until blistered. - Add Langostino
Stir in thawed langostino tails. Cook for 2 minutes until just heated through. - Simmer the Sauce
Pour in the lobster bisque. Add red pepper flakes. Simmer for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. - Combine Pasta & Sauce
Add cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss well. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of the reserved pasta water. - Finish & Serve
Stir in lemon zest and Parmesan cheese. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- Make it vegetarian: Use roasted mushrooms or zucchini instead of langostino.
- Gluten-free option: Swap regular pasta for gluten-free varieties.
- Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container and consume within 2 days. Reheat gently to avoid rubbery seafood.
- Add-ins: Spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, or a dash of truffle oil make great enhancements.
