- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour (optional, for added texture)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Prepare the crust: In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from oven and let cool.
- Prepare the filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and sour cream, and mix until smooth.
- Bake the cheesecake: Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust in the springform pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is slightly set but still jiggly.
- Cool the cheesecake: Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for about an hour. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve and enjoy: Remove the cheesecake from the springform pan. Optionally, top with fresh fruit, chocolate drizzle, or a fruit compote for added flavor. Slice and serve!
Notes
- For a smoother filling, make sure the cream cheese is softened before mixing.
- If you prefer a thicker crust, you can increase the amount of graham cracker crumbs and butter.
- For a gluten-free version, substitute gluten-free graham crackers or use ground nuts for the crust.
